A copy of your bill of sale (receipt) is required with your return. If a copy of the original purchase receipt is not provided, your product will be deemed out-of-warranty and our hourly rates will apply.
Hear Technologies warrants the equipment against defects in materials and labor to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Learn more about our Limited Warranty.
Customer is responsible for inbound shipping. Hear Technologies will return ship the unit via ground for domestic repairs. *International overseas shipping and any special shipping (next day, 2nd day air, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer.
All current Hear Technologies products are repaired at a rate of $110.00 per hour, plus parts and return shipping. The minimum charge for any repair is $50.00.
As of 31 March 2025, Hear Technologies will no longer service or repair discontinued products.
