Firmware Updates
Network firmware updates are available for your Switch Back PLUS.
Normal Firmware Update
- Open the PRO Connect software.
New interface. New level of control.
PRO Connect provides a web-based interface to update, configure, and control your Hear Back PRO and Switch Back PLUS systems.

[Download for macOS]- Select Dante Mode from the Settings page in PRO Connect.
- Navigate to the Updates Tab > Switch Back PLUS page.
- Connect your PLUS to the same network as your computer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to update your Switch Back PLUS.
FAILSAFE Recovery
A device in the FAILSAFE mode can be recovered normally through PRO Connect. Just follow the instructions in Normal Firmware Update.
